　　題目本身三個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞:

　　法律、環(huán)境、將來

　　相對(duì)以前的題目，難度大幅增加以往考法律，只要你自選任何一個(gè)你熟悉的法律就行了，而這里給我們了一個(gè)限定，必須是環(huán)境相關(guān)的而且是關(guān)于將來的那么，時(shí)態(tài)就需要使用很多次的will，一般將來時(shí)

　　第一部分，我們需要說這個(gè)法規(guī)是什么如果是關(guān)于環(huán)境的話，一定是因?yàn)榄h(huán)境出現(xiàn)了問題，所以我們要制定相應(yīng)的法律去解決這些問題所以，在回答的時(shí)候，我們可以在說這個(gè)法律職前，先對(duì)現(xiàn)存的環(huán)境問題做一個(gè)簡單的描述比如：

　　全球變暖：global warming/ temperature rise/ carbon emission/ ice glaciers andcaps melt/ sea level rise/ fishing industry/ residents living in coastalareas

　　空氣污染：air pollution/ exhaust from cars and factories/ burning of fossilfuels

　　水污染：water/ ocean pollution/ chemical runoff/ untreated sewage

　　白色污染：white pollution/ plastic bags/ non-biodegradable materials

　　水土流失：soil erosion/ soil fertility decrease

　　亂砍亂伐：deforestation

　　如果你想說關(guān)于那個(gè)問題的法律，你就把這個(gè)問題的基本原因：自然和人為的，以及現(xiàn)狀簡單描述一下，就可以引出你需要提議的一項(xiàng)法律了我們?cè)谡f這個(gè)法律的時(shí)候，沒有必要給一個(gè)具體的名字，也沒有必要說得太具體，就說關(guān)于什么的，就可以了比如:

　　A law about how to control carbon emission in order to deal with the globalwarming

　　A law about how to reduce the car exhaust in order to deal with the airpollution.

　　第二部分，這個(gè)法律如何生效也就是人們應(yīng)該怎么做，以及怎么保證人們都能這么做相當(dāng)于，我們給一些具體的解決你前面提到環(huán)境問題的辦法比如：

　　限制汽車的尾氣排放：restrict the carbon emission from cars

　　限制工廠的污水排放: limit the sewage released from factories

　　減少垃圾袋的使用: reduce the use of plastic bags

　　提高能源的使用效率等: raise the efficiency of fuel

　　而想要這些具體的方法能實(shí)行，通常需要政府的宏觀管理，比如：

　　嚴(yán)格的懲罰措施：more stringent and higher penalty

　　宣傳教育：enlarge the scope of publicity

　　具體可行的方法：provide feasible measures to..

　　定期的檢查: regular check and supervision of the implementation of the law

　　第三個(gè)問題，說說為什么這個(gè)法律很重要其實(shí)就是說法律頒布之后的好處不過，如果我們?nèi)空f好處，會(huì)和下面的一個(gè)問題內(nèi)容有些重復(fù)，我的建議，不如我們?cè)谶@個(gè)問題的部分，說一些壞處，也就是，如果我們不立即采取這個(gè)措施，環(huán)境會(huì)變得非常不可控制

I think this law is of vital importance, because if it is not implementedin the coming decade, the ecosystem cannot sustain and the nature mother cannotensure the survival of both human being and other creatures. / The survival ofhuman beings will be threatened.

　　最后一個(gè)問題，關(guān)于這個(gè)法律頒布之后的一些變化，我們是要從好的方面去說

　　比較抽象的一些公用的好處可以說：

　　促進(jìn)生態(tài)平和: contribute to the balance of ecosystem

　　改善生活環(huán)境: improve the living standard

　　保護(hù)野生動(dòng)物: protecting the wild animals

　　提高了人們的環(huán)保意識(shí): raise the awareness of environment protection

　　對(duì)人類的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn): be conducive to the sustainable development of humanity
