　　1.關(guān)于工作滿意度和工作穩(wěn)定性：有人認(rèn)為滿意度比穩(wěn)定性（stability）重要，他們相信對(duì)工作內(nèi)容的興趣和熱情是決定了工作成就的最主要因素，只有在做自己喜歡的事情時(shí)，人們才會(huì)全身心地投入（delicate），從而產(chǎn)出更大的成果。

　　但另一些人認(rèn)為，穩(wěn)定性才是選擇工作的首要條件，如醫(yī)生、教師、律師、工程師這樣的職業(yè)是可以做一輩子的（life-long career），能夠提供給人穩(wěn)定（secured）的收入來(lái)源，而穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入比什么都重要。

　　2.關(guān)于頻繁更換工作：頻繁換工作對(duì)雇員來(lái)講，其好處在于能夠通過(guò)不斷的嘗試，認(rèn)清（identify）自己最適合做的工作是什么，找到自己的興趣所在，從而獲得越來(lái)越高的工作滿意度。但其壞處在于，沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累（experience accumulation），專業(yè)程度不高，個(gè)人的職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力（competitiveness）會(huì)很弱。

　　對(duì)雇主來(lái)講，雇員流動(dòng)性大的好處在于可以不考慮晉升（promotion）和加薪（pay raise）問(wèn)題，節(jié)約用人成本（labor cost），但壞處在于，團(tuán)隊(duì)不穩(wěn)定影響人際關(guān)系（interpersonalrelationship），員工專業(yè)化水平低影響公司發(fā)展。
